In the city of Fanagoreia
submissive people crawl underneath
- tarnished, tanned and without a thought
Planet brighter than those around
tries so hard to peel the skin off
from explanations nobody bought
And one sinks within the flow
Into this river others may go
I won't (and)
I don't (and)
I never did
Kiss your life good-bye!
In the city of Fanagoreia
sheep and lion wander and roar
like the educated might
And hunted becomes the hunter
- world turns around in vain again
with no faces viewing the sight
The first gate of many to come
Easy to pass but hard to avoid
I will (and)
I do (and)
I did it too
Kiss your life good-bye!
